Airside - International Departures. Level 3, Concourse B, near Gate B5. Accessible for passengers travelling from Terminal 2, Concourses C or D. Take the transportation Airport Skytrain to Terminal 1. Please allow sufficient time to reach the Departure Gate. Please note that the restaurant may exceed their seating limit at certain times of the day & access to the restaurant is at their sole discretion.

Do I need a membership to book a lounge?
No. You don't need a membership or an account. Simply enter your details and create a booking directly.
Are food and drinks free at the lounge?
Yes, food and drink service is included in the entry fee — an open buffet with alcoholic and soft drinks. Some lounges may charge extra for premium alcoholic drinks or special items.
I have an economy class ticket. Can I still use the lounge?
Yes. You do not need a business or first class ticket for lounge access. With an entry pass purchased through Premium Lounge Club, you can use the relevant lounge services regardless of your airline or cabin class.
How long can I use the lounge?
Your lounge entry pass is generally valid for 3 hours from the moment you enter. Where the operator of the relevant lounge sets a shorter maximum stay, that operator's period applies for the lounge concerned. During this time you can enjoy every lounge privilege, from refreshments to the relaxation areas.
How do I receive my lounge entry pass?
Once your payment is confirmed, you receive a personal tracking link where you can follow the status of your reservation. Your QR-coded lounge entry pass appears on that same link once it is ready, and you can download it directly. Your pass is ready no later than 12 hours before your flight time. At the lounge entrance you simply show your QR code.
How many passengers can I book for?
A single booking covers 1 to 8 passengers. Just enter each passenger's details separately.
Is there a different price for children?
Children under 2 enter free of charge. Children aged 2 and over pay the adult rate and enjoy every lounge privilege equally, from refreshments to the relaxation areas.
