The service includes a blanket, a pillow, a pair of slippers, towels for complimentary shower service. 5. Children 5 years and under are not admitted. 6. Children from 6 to 11 years shall be permitted to enter to receive the service, but they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who shall be of the same sex as the children, using the service at the same time. Children from 12 to 17 years shall be permitted to enter to receive the service, but they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who use the service at the same time. If their parent or legal guardian doesn’t use the service at the same time, the consent form with the signature from the parent or legal guardian is required to receive the service. 7.
